Claye has over 15 years of information technology experience. Prior to founding Technology Blue, Claye delivered solutions as a developer, architect and manager for industry-leading vendors including FICO and Formtek.

Claye has been requested around the world to help government agencies and commercial companies create more value from their IT investments. His work has benefited clients in the United States, Singapore, United Kingdom, Japan, Australia, India and Sweden.

Claye is considered a thought leader and has published numerous articles on Decision Management, SOA, legacy modernization and outsourcing strategy. In 2006 Claye also co-founded the Strategic Alliance of Blaze Advisor Professionals (SABAP) to establish implementation standards and processes for Decision Management initiatives.
